A Brief Glimpse of Winter

When the first real storm of the season rolled through, it knocked down a tree in our yard and set off four straight days of skiing and small adventures. We skied powder when we could, shoveled it when we couldn’t, and had the best time we could manage.

For Valentine's Day, we made waffles, biked to the Aviary, and saw a heck of a lot of birds.

Biking has been a big part of my life over the last few months and spring bike fever is just starting to hit. I've been trying to get my butt in the seat as much as possible.
