Hello from Salt Lake City! We've been busy (but not busy blogging hehe!) and it's somehow already Fall Break for my graduate program. We are packing up the truck, dehydrating fruit, remembering to bring the aeropress, and headed to the desert. In the meantime, here are some of our favorite memories from the last eight weeks:

From Morgan:

• Backpacking to red pine lake with my sister Emma and seeing the sunset along the mountain ridgeline
• Watching Evan go through the highs and lows of job interviews. Getting to celebrate the good moments and go on walks during the hard ones
• Picking out some crazy grandpa-aesthetic couches

• Visiting the Tracy Aviary with Liz and Sarah. We went right before a rainstorm and the birds were freaking out!
• Hiking Pfiefferhorn with my new friends from school

- Evan hosted a hot pot dinner and was so extra about it. He brought out the extension cord to heat the soup _al fresco_

• We've been climbing every Tuesday with a great group of women and I'm just filled with so much joy when I see everyone together at the gym
• Camping with new friends and housemates!

- Evan and I modified a grow light system to have microgreens indoors. My friend Ling, from Seattle also sent me a rich assortment of seeds that she's collected and I was able to plant kale and chard before the season was over.
